Bank and Direct-debit payment reconciliation middleware patches Apr 17, 2025 11:00 - May 17, 2025 11:00 NZST

The direct-debit and bank-feeds middleware that handles payment imports will be removed and reimplemented. In the interim we will manually apply payments after all payment batches have been processed. Payments will be reflected in your account within 5 working days of the payment confirmation message from the payment processor.

Credit-card payments are not impacted, they will reflect on your account within 1 business day.
